As part of our professional development we invite internationally renowned guest speakers to teach and train our BCBAs in areas related to cutting edge research in the field of ABA.
We also invite speakers who can share a different perspective, ensuring that our BCBAs embrace and understand Autism with a training that is educated, forward thinking and holistic.

Dr. Greg Hanley and other progressive behavior analysts have encouraged a move toward forward-thinking ABA practices. One key feature of today’s ABA is the concept of a child being happy, relaxed, and engaged before teaching them skills or focusing on behavior reduction.
Dr. Greg Hanley met with the 2020 Behavior team in September 2023 and again in January 2024 to train our BCBAs on Practical Functional Skills Based Treatment and Feeding/Treating Food Selectivity Without Tears.
