Early Insights Consultation: Supporting Your Child's Development
We understand that every child develops at their own pace, and sometimes parents have questions or concerns about their child’s behavior. We’re excited to offer Early Insights Consultations as a valuable resource for families in our community!
What's Included:
- In-person Observation: A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct an observation of your child in their natural environment (home, school, or community). This focused observation allows us to gain valuable insights into your child’s current skills, behaviors, and interactions.
- Detailed Notes: You’ll receive comprehensive notes from the BCBA detailing their observations, including your child’s strengths, areas for potential growth, and any emerging needs.
- Personalized Recommendations: Based on the observation, the BCBA will provide tailored recommendations for next steps. This may include:
- Suggestions for helpful services or resources (e.g., parenting support groups, guidance on school/daycare placements)
- Service recommendations (e.g., speech therapy, occupational therapy, social skills groups)
- Strategies and activities you can implement at home immediately to support your child’s development
