Our Founders
Charlotte (Charlie) Bell and Ramla Chaudhry founded 2020 Behavior, LLC in 2018. With almost 43 years of combined experience in the field of ABA, Charlie and Ramla pioneered BCBA-led ABA services in California.
The model devised was the first of its kind with the goal of breaking away from the traditional 2-3 tiered ABA model and offering a one-of-a-kind service to families in the Bay Area.
Charlie and Ramla handpick only the very best BCBAs and take pride in maintaining a small, close-knit, and friendly company, with BCBAs who are trauma-informed, dynamic, creative and compassionate.
2020 Behavior conducts a highly rigorous 7 step hiring process to ensure all of our BCBAs meet the highest standard in the field.

Our Founders
Charlotte (Charlie) Bell MA, BCBA
Charlie Bell, MA, BCBA is co-founder at 2020 Behavior, LLC.
Charlie has 22 years of experience in the field of ABA. Prior to founding 2020 Behavior, LLC Charlie worked within schools, clinics and home settings in Los Angeles, Raleigh, London, Sydney and Singapore. Until 2017 Charlie was based in Singapore where she managed her own practice and worked with families across SE Asia, providing direct services, parent training, supervision, school consultation, social skills training and international consultation to clients with ASD and related disorders.
Originally from the UK, Charlie has a Masters in Psychology from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) and holds a post-graduate certification in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
Charlie brings warmth, humor and creativity into her practice. Charlie specializes in Early Intervention and Verbal Behavior.
Ramla Chaudhry, MA
Ramla Chaudhry, MA is co-founder at 2020 Behavior, LLC.
Ramla has 19 years of experience in the field of ABA. Prior to 2020 Behavior, Ramla worked within schools and home settings in Milpitas, Los Altos, San Jose, and Monterey.
Ramla has a Masters in Human Behavior.
Ramla is passionate about providing best practice for the 2020 Behavior families, as well as providing a supportive, compassionate and collaborative environment for our BCBAs.

Sofya Hadley, MS, BCBA is a Russia native, who grew up in the Pacific North West. She completed her Bachelors of Psychology in 2018 from Corban University, and finished her Masters of Special Education from Portland State University in 2021. Sofya has had the opportunity to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 2 – 22 in a variety of settings, including the clinic setting, home based services, school based services, and telehealth. Throughout the years Sofya has held the roles of a Behavior Technician, Assistant Program Supervisor, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most recently, Sofya has been conducting telehealth based initial treatment assessments and providing telehealth supervision for preschool and school aged children for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency. Her years in the field have taught her the value of team based treatment and the importance of individualized approaches to the clients and their families. Sofya strongly believes in the impact of culture on the every day functioning of individuals and strives to learn and incorporate the culture of the clients and their families into their treatment. When not working, Sofya enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experimenting with new recipes!
Her passion for teaching children comes from working with her first autistic student and seeing tangible progress in the student’s communication. She also has dedicated her professional career to creating strategies that bring families into the therapeutic environment for children with special needs. Parent education and caregiver involvement are her passions and she believes these are the cornerstones of successful ABA programs.
Chelsea Laxa, MA, BCBA
Director of Operations
Chelsea Sioxson Laxa, MA, BCBA has worked with neurodiverse individuals for over a decade. She earned her master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in early childhood and served as a credentialed teacher in autism-specific classrooms before becoming a BCBA. Chelsea has experience directing behavioral programs in school, clinic & in-home settings. She routinely provides behavioral consultations for preschools, recreational programs, and homeschool families in the Bay Area, and has served on the Advisory Board for the Early Childhood Education department at San Jose City College. Chelsea has a special interest in leadership, diversity, and inclusion, and is co-authoring 2 online courses that explore those specific topics through a behavior-analytic lens.
When she isn’t wearing her BCBA hat, Chelsea is the Executive Director and founder of a nonprofit that provides inclusive dance classes and peer mentorship opportunities to young children. She and her husband also run a travel blog that caters to other couples who enjoy vacationing on a budget! On her rare days off, you can find Chelsea laying in her hammock listening to true crime podcasts with her puppy and a hot cup of tea.
Andrea Stone, MA, BCBA
Coach and Practical Functional Assessment Consultant
Andrea Stone MA, BCBA, moved to the Bay Area from Chicago, IL, in July 2021 and has had the pleasure of working with children and adults with autism in homes, schools, clinics, and various community environments. She practiced ABA in Wisconsin and Illinois before relocating to California. Most recently, Andrea served as Clinical Director for a clinic providing comprehensive in-home ABA services to children with autism.
Andrea is passionate about teaching functional communication to learners of all ages, prioritizing client autonomy and happiness, and providing compassionate, high-quality services. She particularly enjoys providing caregiver education and support to empower caregivers by including them in all therapy goals and creating realistic plans for the whole family.
Andrea enjoys hiking, exploring California, and cuddling with her dog, Simon, in her free time.
Kinga Wołos-Zachmeier, MA, BCBA
Coach, Clinical Consultant, PRT Consultant and Head of Research
Kinga Wołos-Zachmeier, MA, BCBA is originally from Poland and has had the pleasure of working with children, teenagers and adults with autism in a variety of settings, including home, schools and clinics. She practiced ABA in Indiana before moving to California. Most recently Kinga served as Clinical Director at a school specializing in supporting students with behavioral challenges.
Kinga is passionate about behavior analysis and she finds clients’ progress to be the most rewarding and motivating aspect of her work. She focuses on what clients can do instead of their deficits and helps them build up skills to reach their full potential. Kinga considers parent training to be an essential component of every successful intervention.
Aside from ABA, Kinga enjoys travelling, learning about different cultures and hiking. She recently began to foster kittens.
Victoria Cardinalli, MA, BCBA, LBA
Coach, Parent Training Workshop Facilitator and Client Services Coordinator
Victoria Cardinalli, MA, BCBA, LBA has many years of experience working with individuals ages 2-28 with Autism and other diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, ODD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, Down’s Syndrome). Over the years, she has worked as a Behavior Technician, Parent Trainer, Case Manager/Behavior Supervisor, and most recently as a Clinical Director overseeing a region of more than 50 clients.
Victoria received her B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from California State University, Long Beach in 2009. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology, from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2016, and she wrote her Master’s thesis on the effects of meditation on the structure and function of the frontal lobes. Victoria attended Florida Institute of Technology for her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, and obtained her BCBA certification in 2016. She has had the pleasure of serving hundreds of children and families. Outside of ABA, Victoria has interests in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, psychopharmacology, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy; and she continuously integrates her knowledge of these fields into her ABA practice. Within the field of ABA, Victoria is passionate about staff training, parent training, early intervention, and executive functioning training for older clients.
Victoria is originally from Southern California. When she isn’t working, she enjoys singing, dancing, cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her dog and her loved ones.
Shannon Durand, M.Ed., BCBA
South Bay Social Skills Group Facilitator
Shannon Durand, M.Ed., BCBA moved to the Bay Area from Central Texas in December 2010 with her husband and three children. She has worked with children and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Shannon has worked primarily in the home and school settings, and specializes in working with young children in early intervention. She also really enjoys teaching functional skills that lead to an individual’s greater independence which include increasing functional communication, using the toilet independently, eating a variety of foods, dressing oneself, etc.
Most recently Shannon has been a preschool teacher in an inclusive ABA-based classroom, and has provided additional supports to those students and families in the program with autism and other delays and disabilities. She is happiest when working directly with children and their families!
Samantha Chau, MS, BCBA
PEERS® Social Skills Group Facilitator, Friendship Group Facilitator, East Bay
Samantha Chau, MS, BCBA is a Bay Area native with roots in the Peninsula. She earned her Bachelor’s in sociology, with a minor in Asian American studies at UC Davis. With a background as a Playworks coach and performing in improv, there was a natural draw to educate as a behavioral therapist. Samantha graduated summa cum laude with her Master’s in psychology, with an emphasis on applied behavioral analysis, at Capella University.
Samantha strives to bring a warm, engaging, collaborative, and culturally valid approach toward behavioral care into all her cases. Her treatment plan development and implementation has included clients ages 2-28. Samantha specializes in language development, social skills, independent living skills and caregiver training. She is licensed to teach PEERS®, an evidence-based social skills training developed at UCLA. Throughout these years of practice, Samantha has learned the key to meaningful behavioral intervention is to foster the existing motivation for each individual client. There is nothing she would rather do as a career!
Samantha can be seen in her natural habitat on the weekends, which is a dessert in one hand and home renovation magazines in the other. She enjoys hosting board game nights with friends and family as it is the recipe for good times with good company.
Ashley Jackowski, MA, BCBA
Executive Assistant
Ashley Jackowski, MA, BCBA has experience providing ABA as a behavioral therapist, program supervisor, and a clinical manager for ABA agencies in the East Bay Area of Northern California.
Her favorite aspects of ABA include improving socially significant behaviors, providing inclusive and collaborative services with other professionals, and utilizing clinically effective assessment tools to help drive treatment. She also has a passion for family education and understands how crucial and imperative parent/caregiver training is for the generalization and maintenance of skills.
She enjoys working with families primarily within their home and looks forward to providing treatment at a level that allows for the most direct support.
Samantha Crisologo, M.Ed., BCBA
Samantha Crisologo, M.Ed., BCBA has experience working with children and adolescents with autism in various settings, including home, community, schools, and clinics. She has experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior technician, case manager, behavior supervisor and clinical director for ABA agencies in the Sacramento and San Jose areas.
While in college, she became a behavior technician (per her brother’s recommendation) and fell in love with ABA. Upon graduating, she decided to pursue a career and later became a BCBA. She enjoys using her expertise and skills to teach functional skills to promote independence and generalization. Her main areas of interest include verbal behavior, social skills, and independent living skills.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys hanging out with her dog, Nala, and her husband. She also enjoys creating nail art, spending time with her family and friends, and listening to/watching true crime.
Ethan Lin M.Ed., BCBA
Ethan Lin, M.Ed., BCBA is a Bay Area native growing up in Cupertino. He discovered a passion for ABA when he started as a Behavior Therapist in his first job out of college. He has since received his Master’s in Special Education Early Childhood Education from Vanderbilt University and his BCBA certification.
Ethan has experience working with toddlers, children, and young adults in home, center, and school-based settings. He loves using his skills and expertise to teach children of all ages new and functional skills to reach their highest potential. Besides that, he also loves to work with families of all backgrounds and to provide parent training.
In his free time, Ethan enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and having a good laugh. You can also find him playing sports, video games, and board games with friends and family.
Tasha Jayakoddy, MA, BCBA
Tasha Jayakoddy, MA, BCBA, is a Bay Area native and earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California. She then received her Masters degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
Tasha most recently worked as a clinician at Head Start in San Francisco, where she designed and implemented behavior support plans and goals for children ages 2-5. Tasha collaborated with mental health consultants, case managers, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and teaching staff on providing each client an individualized behavior intervention based on ABA principles, while also incorporating trauma-informed practices into treatment. Simultaneously, she worked at an in-home ABA agency as a program coordinator, working with children on the autism spectrum, ages 3-18. Tasha’s focus is targeting socially significant behaviors relative to an individual’s environment and emphasizes the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach to behavior intervention. Tasha’s expertise and passions are centered around early intervention, self-regulation, social skills, and independent living skills. She also wants to continue her work of providing quality and equitable behavior intervention services to all and believes everyone deserves access to quality behavior services.
Besides ABA, Tasha loves to explore the outdoors and travel with friends and family. She also loves to stay active by going on hikes, strength training, and indoor cycling. Tasha also loves to try new food spots all around the Bay Area. You can find her exploring a new food or coffee shop almost every weekend.
Wendy Kwang, MS, BCBA
Wendy Kwang, MS, BCBA is a San Francisco native currently residing in San Mateo. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. After college, she worked as a behavior technician for several years, fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and moved on to earn her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge. Her experience involves designing and overseeing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals ages 2 to 18 in their home, school, and community settings.
She is deeply passionate about designing individualized programs based on each client’s skillset, preferences, values, and responses to various learning strategies. She believes that collaboration with parents, teachers, and other service providers is absolutely essential for skills generalization and progress maximization. She also loves teaching any communication and daily living skills that will empower her clients to advocate for themselves and to increase their independence.
Besides ABA, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling to new places, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. During the weekend, you may spot her stuffing her face with food or greeting every dog who passes her by.
Justine Nardiello, MS, BCBA
Justine Nardiello, MS, BCBA is a born-and-raised Bay Area native growing up in East Side San Jose.
After graduating from San Francisco State, her career in ABA started when her mother suggested looking
into behavior technician jobs. During her field training, she felt it was just like peanut butter and jelly –
they just go together. After some much-appreciated encouragement from her mentor, she pursued her
Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University.
Over the course of her time in the field, she has gained experience working with children and adolescents with autism and
in home, community, and school settings. She has worked in a variety of positions in the
field, including behavior technician, training coordinator, case manager, and behavior supervisor. She
thrives on using her expertise to teach functional skills that are meaningful to her clients and tailored to
their learning style. She also loves supporting and empowering caregivers by teaching them how to
utilize the tools and skills to best support their children outside of treatment.
In her spare time, Justine can be found watching re-runs of Frasier, squealing with glee whenever she
sees French bulldogs, camping, painting, playing video games, or cheering on the San Jose Sharks.
Kimberly Gonzalez, M.Ed., BCBA
Kimberly Gonzalez M.Ed., BCBA was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2007. After graduating from San Francisco State University, a friend suggested she apply for a Behavior Technician position with an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency in the area. There, Kimberly fell in love with the field and the impact she had on the lives of her clients. Kimberly has had the opportunity to work with clients of various demographics and ages. She has also had the opportunity to provide services and support in several environments— school, home and social groups.
Kimberly earned a Master’s degree in Special Education from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and she completed her BCBA course work remotely through the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
Throughout the years, Kimberly has had the opportunity to hold several positions within the field— Behavior Technician, Program Supervisor, and now BCBA, which has allowed her to learn about the behavioral processes and implementations at each ABA level. Kimberly is passionate about her work in the field and thrives on seeing her clients develop and attain skills in all domains. In order to ensure the highest level of success, she also is dedicated to facilitating caregiver training, so they too can support their children outside of treatment. Her ample experience in the field has taught her the value of patience, encouragement, commitment and the true meaning of “it takes a village”. Each person involved in a client’s case helps shape the success and future of that child, and is a vital part of the therapy process.
In her spare time, Kimberly also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog!
Jazmine Kravitz, M.Ed., BCBA
Jazmine Kravitz, M.Ed., BCBA was born in Wisconsin but has resided in SoCal for most of her life earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Northridge. She then received her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.
Jazmine’s love for the field developed in a Behavior Modification class her last semester in undergrad. From this class, she decided to take the pivot from the plan of becoming an MFT. She applied to both a behavior therapist position and grad school for the field to which she got both and hasn’t looked back! Jazmine has experience implementing applied behavior analytic strategies as a Registered Behavior Technician, Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director. She has worked with neurotypical and neurodiverse individuals ranging from age 2 – 19 in home, school and community environments. Jazmine is passionate about many aspects of the field but particularly loves the areas of functional communication and social skills.
During her free time Jazmine loves photography, dancing, roller-skating and karaoke! She has two cats named Rocket and Natasha who are her fur babies.
Chelsea Spencer, MA, BCBA
Chelsea Spencer, MA, BCBA, grew up in the Bay Area and earned her Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology at the University of Oregon. She then attained her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University.
Chelsea most recently worked as a clinician at an ABA company in San Jose, where she assessed and treated infants, children, and teenagers that had been diagnosed with various developmental disabilities. She especially enjoys helping her clients improve their independent living capabilities by enhancing their social, communication, and adaptive skills.
Besides ABA, Chelsea likes spending time with her family and friends. While she doesn’t have any pets of her own, she loves animals and she seizes every opportunity to pet dogs as they pass her on the sidewalk. She also enjoys hiking, exploring, doing yoga, and tending to her plants.
Vincent Lee, MS, BCBA
Vincent Lee, MS, BCBA is a San Francisco native who has recently moved to Santa Clara. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine. Vincent fell into the field of ABA after college due to a recommendation from a roommate. He served as a Behavior Therapist for a couple of years, serving clients in home, clinic, and school-based settings, before taking a break from the field. After a brief stint working in a residential treatment facility with children diagnosed with Emotional Disorders, Vincent returned to the field of ABA as a Clinical Supervisor. Vincent earned his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University, where he now serves as an adjunct faculty member, teaching classes in the Master’s in ABA program. Vincent firmly advocates for strong collaboration between all service providers in a client’s team. He loves to hear from teachers, speech therapists, school psychologists, etc. as a way to ensure all members are on the same page in a client’s treatment. Additionally (likely due to the psych background), Vincent places high importance on the mental health wellbeing of his clients and their family members. He wants to make sure everyone is at operating at their best when managing challenging behaviors or patiently teaching skills.
During his free time, Vincent enjoys being with his dog, Woofgang, playing board and video games, watching horror movies, and going to Kpop concerts. He aspires to have a large lightstick collection and, eventually, the space to display them in all their glory.
Crystal Coaxum, M.Ed., BCBA
Crystal Coaxum, M.Ed., BCBA, was born and raised in Southern California and she moved to the Bay to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development. While working on her undergraduate degree Crystal started working for a local ABA agency as a behavior technician and here she found her love for the field. Crystal went on to earn her Master’s of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Crystal has had experience supporting clients ages 2 to 17 years old in the home, clinic, school, and community settings. One of Crystal’s core values is community support and takes pride in providing quality services to the families she works with.
In her free time Crystal loves training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, traveling, and expressing her creativity through cooking.
Tiffany Plock, M.Ed., BCBA
Tiffany Plock, M.Ed., BCBA is a Georgia native who earned her a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Georgia and her M.Ed. in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Since becoming a BCBA she has worked with clients ranging in ages from 18 months to 23 years old for multidisciplinary companies. Most recently, she was the training manager for an ABA company which specializes in Early Intervention. She is passionate about using her knowledge about early childhood and development to support clients in their most natural environments as well as collaborating with all service providers. In her free time, Tiffany likes to cook, read, and spend time with her husband, 2 dogs, and new son.
Cady Driscoll, MA, BCBA
Cady Driscoll, MA, BCBA was born in Texas then made her way to sunny California and settled in the Bay Area early on. Cady graduated from Palo Alto University in with a Bachelors in Psychology and Social Action while she interned with the Environmental Volunteers providing environmental advocacy education to underserved populations.
Following graduation, Cady began her ABA career as a Behavior Technician in a home-based setting with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, 18 months to 15 years old. Immediately she knew this is where she was meant to be and quickly was promoted to an Advanced Behavior Technician, then a Managing Technician, while working on her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. Cady passed her BCBA exam and was promoted to a Clinical Supervisor. Cady expanded her skill set by joining a NPS in the South Bay supporting a moderate to severe population of students from 6 years to 22 years old.
Cady’s passion and philosophy when treatment planning is to focus on building and expanding a client’s communication repertoire so they are effectively and efficiently able to advocate for their wants and needs, building skills that support their autonomy, and developing skills that will help client’s lead fulfilling lives. Cady stays up to date with today’s ABA practices by reading ABA journals, taking CEU courses, and delivering compassionate, trauma-informed care.
In her free time, Cady enjoys taking long drives, going for nature walks, and spending time with her four cats: Shanti, Ash, Levi, and Luna.
Erika Lo, M.Ed., BCBA
Erika Lo, M.Ed., BCBA is a Bay Area native and currently resides in San Jose. They received their B.A. in psychology and B.S. in human development with an emphasis in childhood development at UC Davis. While working on a Master’s program in Counseling Psychology, they discovered their passion for ABA working as a Behavior Technician. They switched programs and completed their M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Erika has supported clients ages 1.5 to 23 years old in the home, group home, clinic, school, and community settings. Growing up with neurodivergent family and friends and being diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder themself, Erika has a person-centered approach and prioritizes trauma-informed care practices in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. In their free time, Erika enjoys yoga, reading, being in nature, hobby collecting, playing video games, and spending time with their partner and vocal Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix dog.
Joel Brassea, M.Ed., BCBA
Joel Brassea, M.Ed., BCBA was born and raised in the Bay Area. While attending Cal State East Bay pursuing a degree in Psychology, he found a job as a Behavior Technician through a local Applied Behavior Analysis company. He enjoyed being able to work in different cities and environments, and especially enjoyed working with all of the children.
While earning a Masters degree in Special Education from Arizona State University, Joel became a Program Supervisor. This increased responsibility furthered his clinical skill set, while he was still able to enjoy running sessions with his clients. Joel began to run training sessions for new hires, helping them expand their knowledge of ABA, and also making them feel more comfortable working in different homes and schools.
One of the things Joel loves most about being a BCBA is having caregiver training sessions, and helping the caregivers feel comfortable supporting the children outside of the therapy sessions. He believes teamwork and collaboration are two of the most important aspects to ABA.
In his spare time, Joel enjoys playing baseball, hiking with his dog, playing guitar, and spending time with his family!
Jennifer Kolp, M.Ed., BCBA
Jennifer Kolp, M.Ed., BCBA was born and raised in the Bay Area with her roots in Cupertino. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development at UC Davis.
After graduating, she worked at an ABA agency, where she fell in love with the field and developed her passion in working with children diagnosed with ASD. Shortly after, she began her Masters program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University and became a BCBA.
Starting as a behavior technician and growing into a clinical director, Jennifer worked with a variety of clients in the home, clinic, day-care, school, and community setting. She particularly enjoys early intervention and supporting caregivers to become confident in implementing ABA strategies. Jennifer’s passion in ABA continues to spark joy with each step of her client’s growth, regardless of how big or small.
During her free-time, Jennifer enjoys going on walks with her husband, recreating recipes, playing sports, and spending quality time with her family.
Dino Johnson, MS, BCBA
Dino Johnson, MS, BCBA was born in Merced, CA and has been living in the Bay Area since 2016.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a Minor in History at CSU Sacramento. After graduating, he began working as a long-term substitute in a high school special education classroom in Sacramento. Dino became interested in helping kids with ASD on a more personal level so he then moved to San Francisco and pursued working in the field of ABA.
After discovering his love and ability in the field, Dino enrolled and graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master’s Degree in ABA as well as obtaining his certification as a BCBA.
Throughout his years in ABA, Dino has specialized in providing compassionate and therapeutic services to the children and the families he has served. He specifically enjoys collaborating with parents through parent training. Dino has worked with kids aged 1-24 from countless backgrounds. He has worked in home, clinic, school, day-care and community settings. Dino believes in listening above all and promotes open communication within his ABA programs.
Dino currently resides in Oakland. In his spare time, he enjoys walking his dog, cooking with his wife, reading novels, collecting records and thinking about geography.
Brittani McClelland, MA, BCBA
Brittani A. McClelland, MA, BCBA, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her work in behavioral therapy. Her journey has taken her from Colorado to the Bay Area, where she currently thrives as part of the 2020 Behavior team. With a background in social work, Brittani emphasizes collaboration and tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each family she serves.
Specializing in working with individuals aged 2-18 years, Brittani’s expertise spans a range of interventions, including functional communication training, natural environmental teaching, social skills development, behavior skills training, and trauma-informed care. Her approach is not only effective but also deeply compassionate, ensuring that her clients feel supported and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
Brittani’s favorite aspect of her work is discovering what brings joy to each individual she works with and incorporating those interests into sessions to make them both enjoyable and beneficial. Beyond her professional life, she finds fulfillment in hiking with her dog, exploring new cuisines, and diving into a good book.
Natali Espino, MA, BCBA
Natali Espino, MA, BCBA, has worked in schools, home and clinic settings supporting children and their parents in IEP meetings and building individualized treatment protocols.
Natali has had success helping children gain self-help, social and communication skills. Natali graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from California State University Monterey Bay and her Master of Arts in special education degree from Arizona State University.
Natali has a passion for aviation and is pursuing her private pilot certification.
Nicolas Ortiz, MA, BCBA
Nicolas Ortiz, MA, BCBA, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and has lived in the Bay Area most of his life.
Nicolas felt drawn to the field of ABA during the pursuit of his Bachelor’s in Psychology at California State University, Monterey Bay. During one of the intro classes, he was instantly drawn in.
After years of working directly with clients ages 2-20 years old in the home, school, clinic, and community settings, and thanks to the great leadership he had, Nicolas knew he wanted to be that same person: a leader who drives treatment. With that marked the beginning of his journey in the graduate program for Applied Behavior Analysis at Pepperdine University, where Nicolas received his Masters, and then BCBA certification.
Since then, Nicolas has had the privilege of working with families from all walks of life including multiple years of experience in working with caregivers. Nicolas’s most prominent characteristic is his ability to work with others. After all, this is a team effort!
Some of Nicolas’s hobbies include trying different coffee shops with his wife, playing basketball, and perfecting his own cooking recipes. One favorite of his is a secret cheese sauce he’s perfected for Mac n’ Cheese!
Sofia Maqsood

Sofia Maqsood is an Upstate, NY native, who recently moved back to the east coast after spending 20 years in sunny California raising her family of four beautiful children. Sofia completed her Bachelors in biology in 2000 from Hamilton College and teacher training program from Utica College in 2002. She has always loved working and being with children. In her free time, Sofia volunteers at her mosque under various positions including religion teacher for young girls, moral training secretary for women, and as a Sunday school teacher, vice principal, and then principal- rising through the ranks.
Sofia’s great organization and delegation skills proved an asset in these various positions. Seeing students enjoying class and actually getting the material is what matters at the end of the day.
For fun, Sofia loves to bake bread and desserts, watch TV and spend time with friends and family.
