Our Founders
Charlotte (Charlie) Bell and Ramla Chaudhry founded 2020 Behavior, LLC in 2018. With almost 45 years of combined experience in the field of ABA, Charlie and Ramla pioneered BCBA-led ABA services in California.
The model devised was the first of its kind with the goal of breaking away from the traditional 2-3 tiered ABA model and offering a one-of-a-kind service to families in the Bay Area.
Charlie and Ramla handpick only the very best BCBAs and take pride in maintaining a small, close-knit, and friendly company, with BCBAs who are trauma-informed, dynamic, creative and compassionate.
2020 Behavior conducts a highly rigorous hiring process to ensure all of our BCBAs meet the highest standard in the field.
All of our BCBAs offer ABA that is compassionate and prioritizes child individuality and self-agency.
Charlotte (Charlie) Bell MA, BCBA
Charlie Bell, MA, BCBA is co-founder at 2020 Behavior, LLC.
Charlie has 24 years of experience in the field of ABA. Prior to founding 2020 Behavior, LLC Charlie worked within schools, clinics and home settings in Los Angeles, Raleigh, London, Sydney and Singapore. Until 2017 Charlie was based in Singapore where she managed her own practice and worked with families across SE Asia, providing direct services, parent training, supervision, school consultation, social skills training and international consultation to clients with ASD and related disorders.
Originally from the UK, Charlie has a Masters in Psychology from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) and holds a post-graduate certification in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.
Charlie brings warmth, humor and creativity into her practice. Charlie specializes in Early Intervention and Verbal Behavior.
Ramla Chaudhry, MA
Ramla Chaudhry, MA is co-founder at 2020 Behavior, LLC.
Ramla has 20 years of experience in the field of ABA. Prior to 2020 Behavior, Ramla worked within schools and home settings in Milpitas, Los Altos, San Jose, and Monterey.
Ramla has a Masters in Human Behavior.
Ramla is passionate about providing best practice for the 2020 Behavior families, as well as providing a supportive, compassionate and collaborative environment for our BCBAs.

The 2020 Team
Sofya Hadley, MS, BCBA is a Russia native, who grew up in the Pacific North West. She completed her Bachelors of Psychology in 2018 from Corban University, and finished her Masters of Special Education from Portland State University in 2021. Sofya has had the opportunity to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum between the ages of 2 – 22 in a variety of settings, including the clinic setting, home based services, school based services, and telehealth. Throughout the years Sofya has held the roles of a Behavior Technician, Assistant Program Supervisor, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most recently, Sofya has been conducting telehealth based initial treatment assessments and providing telehealth supervision for preschool and school aged children for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency. Her years in the field have taught her the value of team based treatment and the importance of individualized approaches to the clients and their families. Sofya strongly believes in the impact of culture on the every day functioning of individuals and strives to learn and incorporate the culture of the clients and their families into their treatment. When not working, Sofya enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experimenting with new recipes!
Her passion for teaching children comes from working with her first autistic student and seeing tangible progress in the student’s communication. She also has dedicated her professional career to creating strategies that bring families into the therapeutic environment for children with special needs. Parent education and caregiver involvement are her passions and she believes these are the cornerstones of successful ABA programs.

Chelsea Laxa, MA, BCBA
Director of Operations
Chelsea Sioxson Laxa, MA, BCBA has worked with neurodiverse individuals for over a decade. She earned her master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in early childhood and served as a credentialed teacher in autism-specific classrooms before becoming a BCBA. Chelsea has experience directing behavioral programs in school, clinic & in-home settings. She routinely provides behavioral consultations for preschools, recreational programs, and homeschool families in the Bay Area, and has served on the Advisory Board for the Early Childhood Education department at San Jose City College. Chelsea has a special interest in leadership, diversity, and inclusion, and is co-authoring 2 online courses that explore those specific topics through a behavior-analytic lens.
When she isn’t wearing her BCBA hat, Chelsea is the Executive Director and founder of a nonprofit that provides inclusive dance classes and peer mentorship opportunities to young children. She and her husband also run a travel blog that caters to other couples who enjoy vacationing on a budget! On her rare days off, you can find Chelsea laying in her hammock listening to true crime podcasts with her puppy and a hot cup of tea.
Kinga Wołos-Zachmeier, MA, BCBA
Clinical Consultant, PRT Consultant and Head of Research
Kinga Wołos-Zachmeier, MA, BCBA is originally from Poland and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She has worked with children, teens, and adults with autism across home, school, and clinic settings, and previously served as Clinical Director at a school supporting students with behavioral challenges.
Kinga makes learning fun by incorporating play and client’s interests into every session. She loves ABA for its ability to create lasting, measurable change and focus on clients’ strengths and independence.
She’s excited about 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model because it allows her to work closely with her clients at their families and be there for them at every step of their journey.

Cady Driscoll, MA, BCBA
Coach, AIM consultant
Cady earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Action before beginning her career as a Behavior Technician. It didn’t take long for her to realize that Applied Behavior Analysis was her calling, and she went on to earn her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021.
Cady believes ABA sessions should be both fun and meaningful, and she designs her programs around each client’s unique interests and motivations. Her approach focuses on helping clients build the skills they need to access their own sense of enjoyment and fulfillment in healthy, appropriate ways.
What Cady loves most about ABA is its versatility – its ability to address everything from anxiety and confidence to social skills and friendships. She enjoys how measurable, observable progress can transform lives in so many different areas.
For Cady, 2020 Behavior offers an ideal environment where BCBAs can take a truly hands-on approach. The 1-tier model allows her to build strong, lasting relationships with families while continuously refining treatment plans to support ongoing skill development and growth.
Victoria Cardinalli, MA, BCBA, LBA
Parent Training Workshop Facilitator and Client Services Coordinator
Victoria Cardinalli, MA, BCBA, LBA has many years of experience working with individuals ages 2-28 with Autism and other diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, ODD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, Down’s Syndrome). Over the years, she has worked as a Behavior Technician, Parent Trainer, Case Manager/Behavior Supervisor, and most recently as a Clinical Director overseeing a region of more than 50 clients.
Victoria received her B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from California State University, Long Beach in 2009. She earned her M.A. in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis in Neuropsychology, from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2016, and she wrote her Master’s thesis on the effects of meditation on the structure and function of the frontal lobes. Victoria attended Florida Institute of Technology for her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, and obtained her BCBA certification in 2016. She has had the pleasure of serving hundreds of children and families. Outside of ABA, Victoria has interests in clinical psychology, neuropsychology, psychopharmacology, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy; and she continuously integrates her knowledge of these fields into her ABA practice. Within the field of ABA, Victoria is passionate about staff training, parent training, early intervention, and executive functioning training for older clients.
Victoria is originally from Southern California. When she isn’t working, she enjoys singing, dancing, cooking, reading, gardening, and spending time with her dog and her loved ones.
Ashley Jackowski, MA, BCBA
Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an undergraduate degree in Human Behavior and Women and Gender Studies, as well as a master’s degree in Human Behavior and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis.
She makes learning fun by tapping into her clients’ interests and bringing her own energy and enthusiasm into each session. Her goal is to create a positive, engaging environment where learning feels natural and rewarding.
Ashley loves that Applied Behavior Analysis is an adaptable, science-based approach that can be applied across countless settings and with a wide range of individuals. She finds it fascinating how ABA principles connect to nearly everything we do in our environment, offering endless opportunities for growth and discovery.
She’s especially excited about 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model because it fosters highly responsive, family-centered treatment. The model allows for more direct collaboration and meaningful connections between providers, clients, and families—creating an intimate, supportive space where everyone can thrive.
Samantha Crisologo, M.Ed., BCBA
Samantha earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, and her Master’s degree from Arizona State University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019 and has been passionate about creating meaningful, engaging learning experiences ever since.
Samantha believes that learning should always be fun and centered around each child’s unique interests. Through play, creativity, and connection, she helps her learners build confidence and discover new ways to interact with the world around them.
She loves ABA because it gives every child a voice and the tools to express themselves more fully. Samantha appreciates 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model because it gives her the autonomy to design individualized programs and the opportunity to engage more directly with her clients, making every session personal, playful, and impactful.
Ethan Lin M.Ed., BCBA
Ethan Lin, M.Ed., BCBA is a Bay Area native growing up in Cupertino. He discovered a passion for ABA when he started as a Behavior Therapist in his first job out of college. He has since received his Master’s in Special Education Early Childhood Education from Vanderbilt University and his BCBA certification.
Ethan has experience working with toddlers, children, and young adults in home, center, and school-based settings. He loves using his skills and expertise to teach children of all ages new and functional skills to reach their highest potential. Besides that, he also loves to work with families of all backgrounds and to provide parent training.
In his free time, Ethan enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and having a good laugh. You can also find him playing sports, video games, and board games with friends and family.
Wendy Kwang, MS, BCBA
Wendy Kwang, MS, BCBA is a San Francisco native currently residing in San Mateo. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Santa Cruz. After college, she worked as a behavior technician for several years, fell in love with the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and moved on to earn her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge. Her experience involves designing and overseeing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals ages 2 to 18 in their home, school, and community settings.
She is deeply passionate about designing individualized programs based on each client’s skillset, preferences, values, and responses to various learning strategies. She believes that collaboration with parents, teachers, and other service providers is absolutely essential for skills generalization and progress maximization. She also loves teaching any communication and daily living skills that will empower her clients to advocate for themselves and to increase their independence.
Besides ABA, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, traveling to new places, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. During the weekend, you may spot her stuffing her face with food or greeting every dog who passes her by.
Justine Nardiello, MS, BCBA
Justine Nardiello earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in April 2020 and has been dedicated to helping learners grow and succeed ever since.
Justine makes learning enjoyable by infusing creativity, positivity, and connection into every session. She loves turning lessons into games, celebrating small victories, and tailoring each activity to what motivates her clients most, ensuring that progress always feels exciting and meaningful.
What Justine values most about ABA is its individualized nature. She appreciates that no two programs or people are ever the same, and she finds great fulfillment in using data-driven strategies to help clients gain independence, confidence, and life-changing skills.
She’s especially enthusiastic about 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model, which fosters strong collaboration, close mentorship, and a unified, hands-on approach to client care. For Justine, being part of a connected and supportive team that shares a commitment to meaningful, lasting change is what makes her work truly rewarding.
Kimberly Gonzalez, M.Ed., BCBA
Kimberly Gonzalez M.Ed., BCBA was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2007. After graduating from San Francisco State University, a friend suggested she apply for a Behavior Technician position with an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency in the area. There, Kimberly fell in love with the field and the impact she had on the lives of her clients. Kimberly has had the opportunity to work with clients of various demographics and ages. She has also had the opportunity to provide services and support in several environments— school, home and social groups.
Kimberly earned a Master’s degree in Special Education from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and she completed her BCBA course work remotely through the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.
Throughout the years, Kimberly has had the opportunity to hold several positions within the field— Behavior Technician, Program Supervisor, and now BCBA, which has allowed her to learn about the behavioral processes and implementations at each ABA level. Kimberly is passionate about her work in the field and thrives on seeing her clients develop and attain skills in all domains. In order to ensure the highest level of success, she also is dedicated to facilitating caregiver training, so they too can support their children outside of treatment. Her ample experience in the field has taught her the value of patience, encouragement, commitment and the true meaning of “it takes a village”. Each person involved in a client’s case helps shape the success and future of that child, and is a vital part of the therapy process.
In her spare time, Kimberly also enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog!
Chelsea Spencer, MA, BCBA
Chelsea Spencer, MA, BCBA, grew up in the Bay Area and earned her Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology at the University of Oregon. She then attained her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University.
Chelsea most recently worked as a clinician at an ABA company in San Jose, where she assessed and treated infants, children, and teenagers that had been diagnosed with various developmental disabilities. She especially enjoys helping her clients improve their independent living capabilities by enhancing their social, communication, and adaptive skills.
Besides ABA, Chelsea likes spending time with her family and friends. While she doesn’t have any pets of her own, she loves animals and she seizes every opportunity to pet dogs as they pass her on the sidewalk. She also enjoys hiking, exploring, doing yoga, and tending to her plants.
Vincent Lee, MS, BCBA
Vincent earned his Bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine and his Master’s degree from National University, where he later returned as an adjunct professor for a brief period. After exploring the psychology field, he found his way back to Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019.
Known for his expressive and lighthearted approach, Vincent makes learning fun by bringing energy, humor, and a touch of sass to every session. He enjoys how ABA breaks complex behaviors into clear, objective components, allowing for meaningful and data-driven progress.
Vincent appreciates 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model because it allows him to dedicate his time and attention to a smaller group of clients and their individualized treatment plans, ensuring focused, high-quality care for each person he supports.
Crystal Coaxum, M.Ed., BCBA
Crystal Coaxum, M.Ed., BCBA, was born and raised in Southern California and she moved to the Bay to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Development. While working on her undergraduate degree Crystal started working for a local ABA agency as a behavior technician and here she found her love for the field. Crystal went on to earn her Master’s of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Crystal has had experience supporting clients ages 2 to 17 years old in the home, clinic, school, and community settings. One of Crystal’s core values is community support and takes pride in providing quality services to the families she works with.
In her free time Crystal loves training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, traveling, and expressing her creativity through cooking.
Erika Lo, M.Ed., BCBA
Erika Lo, M.Ed., BCBA is a Bay Area native and currently resides in San Jose. They received their B.A. in psychology and B.S. in human development with an emphasis in childhood development at UC Davis. While working on a Master’s program in Counseling Psychology, they discovered their passion for ABA working as a Behavior Technician. They switched programs and completed their M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. Erika has supported clients ages 1.5 to 23 years old in the home, group home, clinic, school, and community settings. Growing up with neurodivergent family and friends and being diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder themself, Erika has a person-centered approach and prioritizes trauma-informed care practices in supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. In their free time, Erika enjoys yoga, reading, being in nature, hobby collecting, playing video games, and spending time with their partner and vocal Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix dog.
Joel Brassea, M.Ed., BCBA
Joel holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). He approaches every session with creativity and flexibility, frequently changing the schedule and activities to keep learning fresh, engaging, and enjoyable for his clients.
Joel values that every ABA treatment plan is fully personalized, allowing him to tailor each program to the specific needs, strengths, and goals of the individual. He’s especially enthusiastic about 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model because it gives him the freedom to run programs exactly as he designs them—ensuring consistent, high-quality support that leads to meaningful progress.
Jennifer Kolp, M.Ed., BCBA
Jennifer earned her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021.
She makes learning fun by using naturalistic teaching methods that integrate each client’s unique interests. Believing that motivation is the key to progress, Jennifer creates engaging sessions where learning feels enjoyable, meaningful, and tailored to the individual.
What Jennifer loves most about ABA is its emphasis on using reinforcement to encourage learning and build independence. She’s passionate about helping clients develop practical, lifelong skills through positive and supportive methods.
Jennifer values 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model for the strong relationships it fosters between families and clinicians. The structure allows her to respond quickly to clients’ evolving needs, making goal adjustments efficiently while maintaining a high level of personalized care and connection.
Brittani McClelland, MA, BCBA
Brittani A. McClelland, MA, BCBA, brings a wealth of skill, dedication, and heart to her work. Her journey started in Colorado, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from CSU Pueblo, before completing her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University. Since 2024, she has been thriving as part of the 2020 Behavior team in the Bay Area.
Her background in social work drives her focus on collaboration, individualized support, and meeting families exactly where they are. Brittani specializes in working with individuals ages 2–18 and is experienced in functional communication training, natural environment teaching, social skills development, behavior skills training, and trauma-informed care. She also helps run one of the 2020 Behavior social groups, supporting meaningful peer interaction.
Making learning fun is a major cornerstone of Brittani’s approach. She’s all about discovering what genuinely brings each client joy and turning those interests into powerful teaching tools. Whether being silly, playful, or dramatic, or leaning into a client’s favorite topics, she creates an environment where learning feels exciting, natural, and full of genuine fun.
What Brittani loves most about ABA is the clients!! Their personalities, their progress, their joy, and their unique journeys. She values how data clearly shows growth, appreciates how deeply individualized ABA can be, and loves that the field never stops evolving.
Natali Espino, MA, BCBA
Natali earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) and her Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. In her free time, she enjoys flying a Cessna 172 and reading thriller novels.
She finds that the principles of ABA extend beyond her professional work, helping her stay organized and focused as she works toward earning her private pilot’s license.
For Natali, 2020 Behavior has been a breath of fresh air. She loves seeing the meaningful progress her clients make through direct, hands-on intervention and close collaboration with families and other professionals. The 1-tier model allows her to truly individualize each program, tailoring support to meet the unique needs of every child and adult she works with.
Angela Nguyen, MA, BCBA
Angela Nguyen, MA, BCBA, was born and raised in the Bay Area. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis while studying at UC Irvine and continued to build her expertise while completing her Master’s degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University. After earning her BCBA certification, Angela held supervisory positions in San Francisco and Seattle before returning to San Jose, where she served as Clinical Director at an ABA company.
With over 16 years of academic and professional experience, Angela has worked with clients aged 2 to 14 across home, community, and school settings. She especially values collaborating with caregivers and other professionals, recognizing that their input is key to developing the most effective treatment plans. Her teaching interests include building independent living skills, enhancing communication, and promoting skill generalization. She loves how ABA’s effectiveness extends across different situations and populations, creating real-world impact.
Angela believes that meaningful progress begins with connection. She takes time to build trust through play, joining clients in their favorite activities—or introducing new ones—while naturally weaving in learning opportunities as comfort grows. This approach has not only strengthened her client relationships but also made her an expert in everything from construction vehicles to Disney Princesses.
She appreciates the 1-tier model at 2020 Behavior because it allows her to tailor programs more precisely to each client’s needs. By making in-the-moment adjustments and implementing interventions directly, Angela is able to use her full range of skills and creativity to deliver truly personalized, high-quality care.
Elyse Hunt, MS, BCBA
Elyse earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sonoma State University before moving to Tallahassee to complete her Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida State University.
She believes learning is most effective when it’s fun and engaging. By turning lessons into games, incorporating favorite toys or topics, or adding a bit of humor and playfulness, Elyse helps clients stay motivated and excited to participate. Her creativity and willingness to be silly make each session both productive and enjoyable.
For Elyse, ABA is about helping people live happier, more fulfilling lives through meaningful behavioral change. She takes the time to understand each person’s learning history, values, and environment, knowing that progress happens when support is truly individualized. Watching clients gain independence, explore new opportunities, and build connections is what inspires her most.

Selina Rager, MS, BCBA
Selina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Psychology from North Carolina Wesleyan University before completing her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Selina’s favorite part of her work is the people she meets and the fun they share along the way. She believes learning should always be joyful and strives to make each session engaging by finding creative ways to explore, connect, and inspire growth.
Beyond the fun, Selina values the collaborative nature of her work—partnering with families and other professionals to create meaningful, lasting change. She is especially enthusiastic about 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model, which allows her to build stronger relationships and a deeper understanding of each client’s unique needs.

Taryn Bell, M.Ed., BCBA
Taryn earned both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, later becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in December 2022.
She makes learning fun by weaving humor and creativity into each session, often connecting lessons to her clients’ favorite characters, toys, or hobbies. By tailoring activities to their interests, Taryn ensures that learning feels engaging, relevant, and rewarding.
Taryn loves that Applied Behavior Analysis is a constantly evolving field—one that blends science with creativity and adapts to meet each individual’s unique needs. She appreciates how new research and approaches continuously refine the practice, allowing for lasting, meaningful change.

Cassandra Lopez, M.Ed., BCBA
Cassandra earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Merced, and her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. With more than a decade of experience in the field, she has supported clients from early childhood through young adulthood across home, school, clinic, and community settings.
Cassandra makes learning fun by blending play, creativity, and engagement to inspire motivation. She loves using toys, games, and imaginative “missions” to teach new skills, turning everyday moments into exciting opportunities for growth.
She values ABA for its power to create lasting, positive change—helping clients build independence while equipping caregivers with practical, effective strategies. Ann Macauley, MA, BCBA
Ann Macauley earned her Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge. After working as a mid-tier supervisor for an ABA organization in the Bay Area, she attended Ball State University, where she obtained her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Following experience in an associate clinical role, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Akwasi Owusu-Donkor, MA, BCBA
Akwasi earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and his Master’s degree from Arizona State University, where he discovered his passion for Applied Behavior Analysis while working as a Behavior Technician. Now based in the Bay Area, he enjoys relaxing by biking, playing the piano, or reading in local parks.
Akwasi brings energy and imagination to every session, whether he’s pretending to be a dragon, leading a treasure hunt, or creating other playful learning experiences. He loves thinking outside the box to make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful for his clients.
He values 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model because it allows him to bring his expertise directly into each session, build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and consistently provide ethical, high-quality support that fosters growth and confidence.
Alexandra Marquez, MA, BCBA
Alexandra Marquez, MA, BCBA is a Behavior Analyst with a passion for creating meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those she serves. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development with Preparation for Teaching from San José State University, where she also pursued a minor in photography—an early reflection of her creativity and ability to see the world through a unique lens. She later obtained her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, solidifying her expertise in evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Alexandra believes that learning should be both effective and enjoyable. She strives to build strong, positive relationships that make learning a joyful experience. Her approach is characterized by silliness, playfulness, and a deep respect for everyone’s interests and motivations.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Alexandra’s work is witnessing how ABA can enhance independence and quality of life. She takes pride in seeing her clients achieve greater autonomy and confidence through thoughtfully designed interventions.

Rebecca Tu, MA
Rebecca Tu holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and is trained in evidence-based methods to create personalized, engaging learning experiences. She uses strategies such as praise, rewards, and fun, interest-based activities to make learning enjoyable while helping individuals achieve meaningful growth.
She is passionate about the power of ABA to create lasting, positive change in people’s lives and is enthusiastic about 2020 Behavior’s 1-tier model, which provides a personalized, data-driven approach to make services more effective and impactful for every individual.

Sofya Hadley, MS, BCBA, LBA
Sofya earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Corban University in Salem, Oregon, and later completed her Master’s degree in Special Education at Portland State University. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Behavior Technician and, through dedication and passion for the field, advanced to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Sofya makes learning enjoyable by being creative, playful, and incorporating her clients’ unique interests into every session. She believes that when learning reflects what a client loves, engagement and progress naturally follow.
What Sofya values most about ABA is its data-driven and objective nature. She believes that nearly every challenge can be understood and addressed using the principles of behavior analysis, providing a clear, evidence-based path toward positive change.

Kristin Ojala, MA, BCBA, LBA
Kristin Ojala, MA, BCBA specializes in supporting individuals in school settings. In addition to being a BCBA with 2020 Behavior, she also owns her own private practice focusing on educational consulting and forensic legal services. Kristin has spent many years collaborating with public and private school teams and ensuring compliant, legal and ethical behavior intervention plans and functional behavior assessments. She enjoys working with clients of all ages but especially enjoys children over the age of 8 and twice-exceptional clients. Clinically, she focuses on advanced verbal behavior and clients who benefit from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
Kristin also recently became a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) with Snohomish County working with youth who are placed outside of their biological parents custody or are in the foster care system.
In her spare time Kristin spends as much time as possible outdoors horseback riding, hiking and backpacking as well as spending time with her husband.

Sofia Maqsood
Payroll & Compliance Administrator
Sofia Maqsood is an Upstate, NY native, who recently moved back to the east coast after spending 20 years in sunny California raising her family of four beautiful children. Sofia completed her Bachelors in biology in 2000 from Hamilton College and teacher training program from Utica College in 2002. She has always loved working and being with children. In her free time, Sofia volunteers at her mosque under various positions including religion teacher for young girls, moral training secretary for women, and as a Sunday school teacher, vice principal, and then principal- rising through the ranks.
Sofia’s great organization and delegation skills proved an asset in these various positions. Seeing students enjoying class and actually getting the material is what matters at the end of the day.
For fun, Sofia loves to bake bread and desserts, watch TV and spend time with friends and family.
Melody Sowers, MS BCBA
Executive Assistant
Melody Sowers, MS, BCBA has experience in ABA working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD, OCD, and anxiety disorders. Throughout her time in the field, she has provided Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior technician, case manager, licensed supervisor, and a clinical director. Prior to 2020 Behavior, Melody worked as a clinical director for a clinic in the East Bay working primarily with children ages 2-8 and has experience supporting children in clinic, home, and community-based settings. Her favorite settings to work in are preschools and collaboratively with public schools to ensure her clients are receiving the best instruction and supports possible.
She has specialized in early intervention therapy but has also assisted in supervising and implementing social skills programs, both in person and online, for ages 6-18. She is passionate about teaching functional communication, self-management, and bringing family systems together to accept one another and move towards a brighter and more independent life. Her main areas of interest include verbal behavior, independent living skills, caregiver training, and social/emotional development.
Melody is a California native, growing up in Petaluma, CA. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog Lou, making art, listening to podcasts, and learning from Neurodiverse people on how to better serve them.
